Hello all this is my first post!
anyway, i just watched a video on youtube about using the wiimote on windows with a program called "glovepie". i was just wondering if anyone had any more information about this. i also want to know how your computer recognizies the wiimote. i know its done with bluetooth but do you need something on your computer as well?

Probably some sort of IR thing, since that's what the sensor bar is.
Well I got my laptop with built in bluetooth, A wireless wii sensor bar and a WiiMote so I will let you know how it goes. :cool:
Hey Jerryx, could you give me a couple tips? i was thinking about replacing the caseing on my wii, and it looks like you did a pretty good job. I'm Mostly just worried about breaking something on the inside or loosing a screw or something like that.
I found this product on bestbuy. Its not the software that im interested in, but the fact that it says it comes with something to link your wiimote to bluetooth. Does anyone think this could be what im looking for?

the bluetooth function for this is used to transfer the mii fioles from the computer to the wii. i wouldn't count on this doing anything for you as far as getting your wiimote to work on your computer....Quote:

is there another way you can run it , or does it have to have bluetooth on y0our laptop/computer
