Okay, the HBC is back! I also installed BootMii as boot2
But I still can't run games...

So I'll install the Backup Launcher, and hope that'll work?

I even tried Wii Sports... doesn't work

I'm first doing a nand backup.

    What should i install afterwards?

Edit: Bootmii won't let me connect my wiimote.. So i have to reset my wii. After that I'm back in the Wiimenu :/

Well I would try getting a cIOS (I personally use cIOS38rev14) and then get neogamma. If that doesnt load your original or backups I would then assume your dvd drive is toast.

not likely, it probably is side effect of the uninstaller..

Ok, installed that version. (Still no games will work)

Now i'm going for Neogamme... Fingers crossed!

edit: ok, games boot up with neogamma! That's a nice feature allready lol Tnx a lot!
But... my tv does strange things... It flashes al the time... I forced the video to 'Wii' and 'DVD', nothing works... I'll try the other ones too..

I would generally agree with you messie because i do respect you and have learned a lot but as he stated in his original post his wii wouldn't load games. Which tells me his wii is failing hardware wise not software wise

the flashing is generally normal but im confused by this part right here....

I forced the video to 'Wii' and 'DVD', nothing works... I'll try the other ones too..
Do me a favor and go in to your wii's display settings and check to see if it has 480i or 480p selected.

If you have Composite cables (the Red White and Yellow) you need 480i

If you have Component cables (Green, Blue, Red, Red, White) cables choose 480p and see if that changes anything
