OK, I think I know what I did wrong, when I hit the space bar to add the 20 between consol and ID, it removes the I from ID. Sorry, I am new at this, what did I do wrong...lol

I should have told you to make an extra copy of your key.bin file... hopefully you did. Before i can say what to do i would need to look at that part of the key.bin. But all you need to do is insert an I where it should be (after the space and before the i)

I always make back ups!! OK, before I go any further, and please bare with me, as this is new to me, but I have the key open in the hex editor. Now, When I put the space in between the words console and id, it always erases the next letter, which is the I, and when I enter the I, it erases the D, and so on and so forth...is there something I am missing?

What hex editor or you using. Next time try hitting the "insert" button on your keyboard and editing it.
