    How to Play PAL Games on NTSC WII (with a Twist inside)

    I need help playing PAL games on my NTSC Wii

    I only play my back up games from EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE (I do not use any disks to burn and play)

    I have been leeching from the past 2days, and I already have accomplished 3 things with the help of this website. (Softmodded my Wii, Load/Store games from External Hard Drive and Error #002)

    I have tried softchip and gamma loader, I have been messing with it for the past 8 hours, and searching for an answer all over the forum and other places..

    I understand softchip and gamma loader has the ability to play PAL games.

    But my question is:

    Does it let you play PAL games loaded from External Hard Drive? If so, can anyone please kindly tell me how. I cannot seem to find an option for softchip or gamma loader to load PAL games on USB External Hard Drive.

    Thanks!

    Gamma is outdated, Neogamma is the latest disc loader and can load from HDD but i would recommend USB Loader GX or Coverflow. If you want to use Neogamma, Neogamma R7 has 002 fix built in or R6 has a config to turn it off and on. Just select force NTSC when loading PAL games.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    I will try this right now.

    Question(s):

    Neogamma r7 has built in #002 error fix, and r6 has the congif to turn it on and off... What if I just leave the ERROR #002 FIX ON all the time, would it give me problems later in the future? If I decide to leave it on, its common sense to get the r7 because of its built in right..

    It doesn't really have any negative side effect when leaving it on. Since R7 is newer you can use it rather than R6.
