Dont want CiosCorp..what else can I do?

    Hi!

I want to know if CiosCorp is the right thing to have. I heard its not good and would prefer not to have it but cant seem to figure out how else to get GH5 to work without a USB Loader. I dont have a big enough SD card to use the USB Loader. I prefer to use just backup loaders. What can/should I do?

    Thanks

Buy a bigger SD card or buy a USB device. They're a lot cheaper than a new Wii.

You're the one who system formatted your Wii, lost the ability to install homebrew and cam close to an unmodifiable Wii because of cIOScorp and you ask if it's the right thing to have?

cIOScorp is a full operating system replacement to allow games to be played through disc channel, something so heavy should not be taken lightly. It's not 100% guaranteed to uninstall and can compromise future hacks. That said loads of people use it everyday, strange that.

At least one should ensure that you have a good backup of your Wii NAND and the ability to boot2 using bootmii. Failing that you really need to know what you are doing.

Have you checked the GH5, RB etc threads for a different solution besides installing cIOScorp?
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

I fixed my wii using some really good guides I found on here. Everything is in awesome condition. I got GH5 and Wii Sports Resort working without using CiosCorp or a USB Loader.

    Thanks
