    cIOS problem

Hi fellas! Think I made a booboo I had cIOS38 R14 along with with Neogamma 7 and I tried to install cIOS36 R10 as suggested by someone in this forum. When it asked me on what ios I wanted to install Ios36 rev10 i believe it was on default(ios249) so I installed it like that. Now the HBC works but whenever I try to run an application in it, it freezes. When I try to load backup laucher it goes into a black screen... How can I fix this and go back to cIOS38 R14?

Its usually bad news to delete any IOS's, just re install rev14, not sure if that doesn't work.

john , thats an cios, not an ios, so it is perfectly safe. Pichagi, just find cios38rev14 installer and run it with default settings... does nt it work? also, noone told you to install cios36rev10, but cios38rev10

Maybe you did not install cIOS36 rev10 correctly, I had that installed up until cIOS38 rev14 was released, and it worked fine. cIOS36 rev10 booted all my games and ran all my apps., but cIOS38 rev14 is much better on my Wii. Don't go crazy with that AnyTitle Deleter, NEVER delete or remove an IOS lower that IOS200. In the future just reinstall without deleting. Any version of IOS249 you install will overwrite the one you currently have installed.

No I hadn't uninstalled, just installed over it... Yup, well installing rev14 fixed everything.... Funny thing is, cannot run my backups with backup loader from DVD, but with my USB drive, it works.... Hmmmm.... Tried everything, even got Verbatim DVD-R at 4x, nope

Thanks guys, all your help is really appreciated! Where can I get cios38rev10 installer? I cannot see it on Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire I know I could google it but rather get it rom a reliable source... Same for neogamma 6 would be great!

p.s. Sorry for double posting.... I asked the same question in another thread....

Thanks for all the help Messie! Is it normal that rev10 makes my Wii crash whenever I try to run any kind of homebrew application? Is it because I have neogamma 7 instead of 6? If that is so, it would mean that I have to install neogamma6 b4 rev10... ayone else encountered this problem?
