Angry Wii internet channel update error/ wii shop channel 202011

    Hello my boi's. jk

    I have a problem.

I installed homebrew n crap and got the internet channel wad.

Now there is a update... I try to update it (in the shop channel) and get error
    202011 transaction failure

What do I do? I've tried uninstalling the internet channel, installing on sd card, just about everything else you could think of.

Is there a updated internet channel wad? or a internet channel updater? HELP ME!

Us internet channel is free now!!

Go to the shop channel and down load it!! Erase channel and saved data first!!! Install from nintendo shop channel. It is safe. I'm pretty sure it is now offered free of charge! Just don't update afterwards!!

Try using the wad manager that you used to install the Internet Channel to remove it. You might see some error but it seems to be ok as long as it mention "Title Deleted".

After the above steps, you should have no problem installing the free channel from Nintendo.

Did you have another Internet Channel wad previously installed before the last updated one that you removed? Make sure the one before the last update is uninstalled too.

When I had installed the last update when it was released I thought it would overwrite the wad information I had installed before it on the nand. It didn't and recently when I was uninstalling the last Internet Channel update before this new Official one I just so happen to still have that wad before it. So I checked and it still was present to be uninstalled as well.

Nintendo' most inspired core game titles are stuck overseas. Nintendo Of America sux when it comes to the localization of these game titles as they court with their new found casual gamer/soccer mom audience this console generation. Thus indirectly promoting the growth of Homebrewing & basically telling their core audience if they want it, mod chip or Homebrew it. Thanks Nintendo! My Wii and its functionalities have never felt more complete than when I took my first sip of the Brew. - Brewaholic

it worked ty but the zoom feature is annoying as hell! when you are at 100% it will make a annoying beep.

I will probably just get the wad. This "official" update is a peice of crap.
It cant even play any flash videos. And they say this is like the final update..... I geuss it really does fail.

    thanks

Adjust the settings to your liking. Just change the settings zoom type from 'manual' to 'automatic'. Then whenever you're browsing and see something on the page that catches your eye point at it with the cursor and hit the + button an it will zoom to the appropiate size for your reading.

Well the wads came from the official channels. So why trade one Babe Ruth for another Babe Ruth? *L* Maybe they'll update it where it can play mpegs eventually. Hmm. I've watched videos all over Youtube etc.

If you do choose to go back to the Wad install route just make sure to uninstall the one before it etc.
