    Wiiwat

Well first of all, hey everyone as this is my first post. Second I think I have this in the wrong section so apologies for that.

I want to install wii, wiiware, and vc games for free onto my Wii. I have the Homebrew Channel and my Wii is version 4.1.

What do I need to do? Please feel free to post links and guides.

    HELP please?

to start you will need Wad Manager, a folder called WAD on the root of your sd card and a few wads you wish to install. The wads should be in the wad folder, you then use wad manager to install them

Should I google Wad Manager? And what version? Also is this safe to try? Will it brick my Wii? I do have a NAND back up and BootMII but I want to be sure.

I'll try making a folder called WAD in the root of my SD Card, and my SD Card is a 4 gig so I don't think it would fit a Wii game but do you know a site where I can get some Wiiware/ VC WADS?

And once I install the wads, I put them in the WAD folder correct? Then I pop on the SD Card, load Homebrew, and load WAD Manager?

You could get Wad Manager v1.5 which is the latest from my signature and there are wads on the site. Wads aren't whole wiigames but are like mini games which are like 10MB- 45MB.

Okay I'll get 1.4 instead though it that okay?

And WADS are not full games? What is the point of getting them? And why are they 4 gig if they are not full games?

And please link me to a safe virus free WAD site.

    thanks

Wads aren't 4GB and aren't always games, they can be games for N64, NES, SNES or wiiware could be things like a Virtual Aquarium etc. If you are NTSC-U, there is a thread with every Virtual Console and Wiiware to date.
