I don't think an official update will remove cIOSCorp since it changes the IOS version to a combination which tells the wii it doesn't need to be updated. I doubt it will work but worth a try.

Like i said it won't work, the only way is to overwrite the IOSs with wad manage but its risky but here is the link
Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire

Make sure what IOSs cIOSCorp installed then download the right IOSs and overwrite them with wad manager but remember this is Risky

    EDIT: Dop-IOS could work too.

There are a couple of ways..

Install every IOS using DOP-IOS to replace all the mucked up cIOScorp ones. Don't uninstall mind, just install on top.

Install every IOS that is affected by cIOScorp with downloaded ones.

Not sure about this but you could use anyregionchanger to completely downgrade yourself to 4.0 and remove cIOScorp. You know the one that can downgrade your menu to any version and any region.

Dangerous and not without risks, then neither was installing cIOScorp in the first place without bootmii.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Maybe if you bug the cIOSCORP guys that made cIOSCORP and tell them that you want an app that removes their crap, maybe they will come up with something for you. Better yet, demand that they make an app to uninstall cIOSCORP because you don't want it on your Wii anymore. If they can make an app that installs, then they can make an app that removes.

They used to be softmii.org but since they shut down that site they haven't revealed themselves, but 3.3 was released after that so they are around somewhere.
