    Question Unable to mount

Hey this is my first thread so sorry for the noobieness lol
I have tried to install bootmii, DVDX, and the homebrew channel using bannerbomb. I can install the homebrew channel and dvdx ok but i cant install bootmii, it just says "mounting SD card. . . FAILED (-1)."
I am on wii version 4.1e sadly, have backed up my nand (ages ago) have a 16gb kingston SD card, you know what they say the bigger the sd card...

Also is does homebrew channel/ bootmii work well on wii 4.1e or do i have to downgrade? If so please could you tell me how.

thanks to anybody who helps!!! love you XD joke, unless ur a girl then im not joking

    Is it a SDHC card?
You could try using a SD card (not a SDHC Card) but before that try:
    1) Reformatting the sd card to FAT32 format
    2) If that doesn't work try this tool:
    sdfv2003.exe

3)If that doesn't work its probably the card.

    Sd cards can get flakey.
Nity says that you can use a SDHC card up to 32GB, But that does not mean it can be used for HBC stuff.
A standard SD card 4GB and under is your best bet for HBC.
PLEASE SEARCH, READ, AND THINK BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.

    Don't forget the thanks button...

I tried to use a 4GB kingston brand SDHC card but it wouldnt mount either so I fell back to and old 512 MB USB flash drive. Ill update that very soon. Might even return the SDHC and get a big USB.

The format tool in 2) worked fine for me, on a 16 GB kingston SDHC card.
