Having SOOOO Many Problems!!! [NEED HELP ASAP]

UPDATE! See post #16: Wiihacks - Nintendo Wii Hacks Community - View Single Post - Having SOOOO Many Problems!!! [NEED HELP ASAP]

For the past couple of days, my backups wouldn't play. The ones that usually worked keeps giving me a "An error has occurred. Press the eject button blablabla". That's using the regular menu patcher. If I use Backup Loader Gamma with the 002 fix, I'll get a DVD read error 349.

Any ideas before I go crazy and throw this thing out the window? I hope I'm not having a DVD drive problem. Well actually, I can't be, because regular games like Wii Sports and that stupid Zelda game boot and play fine.

I'm thinking about starting over from scratch.

Oh, I'm on 3.2U. What would be the easiest way of starting over? I just want my stupid backups to start playing because I try to keep my originals in the best shape as possible.

If I do start over, what would be the best way to homebrew again? I was on 3.4U but downgraded to 3.2U since I guess that was the easiest version to work with. I guess 4.1U is out now but I don't know if it's easy to get backups working on that.

    THANK YOU!

    Ooh, thanks!

Should I stick with 3.2U or do a upgrade to 4.1? Will I have any problems with the menu patcher/backed up games?

I'm gonna go ahead and go to 4.1. If any problems happen then I'll just downgrade back to 3.2.

Ok well I'm trying to backup my saved games to my new SD card and it says "This file cannot be copied."

I guess it's because the game is Wifi (Mario Kart, CoD:WaW)?

yep, you cant use wii to backup any save game thats wifi (because of the friend codes).

You need savemanager or something similar.
