Well if you got 3.2 installed then it should be that one. Your brick is unrelated to this thread by the way. IOS50 only prevents the upgrade 4.0 to 3.2 then to 3.4.
Install IOS30 for 3.2, then System Menu 3.2 for your region.

Hey i had the black screen of death tried everything nothing worked anyway still under warrenty so i sent to nintendo and they rang today and wholah new wii
You can't just go putting the files on your SD card and expect it to work, you needed to have installed it to your Wii beforehand. If you did then you need armboot.bin, ppcboot.elf and bootmii.ini in the bootmii folder on the SD card, which it would have created at time of installation.
Hi, my wii is "bricked" because the system menu doenst work. i have installed bootmii beforehand. i have the files armboot.bin, ppcboot.elf and bootmii.ini in my bootmii folder.
Is there still a way to fix it for me now? and how?
i also have a backup from nand.bin that i made before my wii crashed. i hope that my wii can be fixed.

bootmii is launched by having the bootmii files on your sd card.
I just bricked my unit. I have the D2Ckey installed. Can I but a wii and swap the entire DVD drive, leaving my chip on the old drive and run it on the new wii? Or do the new wii's prohibit this?
