Can someone tell me what would happen if i were to downgrade my wii system from 4.1E to a lower version in a different region such as 3.2U or 3.0J?

    Cheers

You would brick your wii, to change regions you would have to use any region changer, if your interested do some research

at the bottom of your post it says
"Uk 4.0E Wii. Hard and Softmodded. 320GB WD My Passport Essential WBFS USB Loader Drive"

I am trying to get my wii to load my backups from my 320GB WD My Passport Essential, can this be done through softmodding alone?

You need to format your hard drive into the WBFS format, currently your hard drive would probably be NTFS, FAT or FAT32. You do this by using a program called WBFS Manager
