    Any solutions to fix this.
Actually, it was an easy peasy fix I figured out myself. Simply by loading the retail disc using backup disk loader and watching the initial video once and going through the preliminary stuff I was then able to load the backup image as well. No patches or config options to change at all.

Does anyone here have an idea about my problem described at http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...tml#post520330? I have an original disc which includes both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, may be the problem resides there?
    Thanks!

Cool Playing from USB without disc

There's a lot of pages in this thread so this might already have been said, but..

This morning I loaded Wii Sports Resort for the first time on a brand new wii without using a disc. Booted straight from an 8Gb Cruzer flash pen.

Firstly I downloaded a savegame for PAL from wiisave.com, and I put data.bin file on my SD card in /private/wii/title/RZTP.

I went into Data Management on the Wii and copied the savegame across to my Wii.

On my USB stick I'd got the ISO, which I'd copied across with WiiBackupManager.

Using the ConfigurableUSBLoader, I selected the game and in options I turned on the anti-002 fix, and I picked a Alternate Dol, and in the case of the savegame that I'd downloaded, it was called "player.dol".

I loaded the game and sat through the "using wii motion plus" video, which exited to system menu.

Now to play, just use ConfigurableUSBLoader with anti-002 enabled, use the default dol file (your wii will have created a savegame), and everything works fine. No burning, no problem.

(good job too because i've heard that black wii's don't like DVDR?)

    Hope this helps,

    Stubbsy

The problem now for the game is that I am able to load it, no black screen and no error 002 but whenever I want to play a sport, it just hangs!
