Want to place a small wager on that...? j/k. You dont need the alt. dol, that was just another way to get that PAL version to play the video so you could load the game. NTSC console NTSC game, nothing special needs to be done. I'm using GX loader, cios rev10.
    MK WFC ID: 4468 9216 9667.... Let's play!

If you are running off of disc, then only set the 002 to anti, assuming you are using NTSC version, that should stop the black screen, video should be console default. If you are trying to run from USB then you should do like Hawker said and use Cios rev 10, I use the same. I had to use the disc trick to load the PAL version in order to watch the video and after that it loaded without any problem from USB.
I have tried that still no luck

i will install the ios right now with me luck

The only way I got it working was using the alt dol method. (NTSC disc with NTSC wii)

Turn the region settings to default (dont mess with those cuz the disc is already the same as ur wii)

Try loading the game in Gecko OS, it will tell you what IOS's you need

and you should be itched to try the game, it's amazing

Great work Hackernerd. Its about time someone started a tutorial about this game. Whats the chances this will stop people from starting brand new threads about this very same thing though? Slim to none.

Are you sure you put the RZTE.dol in the /NEOGAMMA folder in your sd card?

Go back to config options and set all the settings in the tutorial and then enable "save config"

I don't think it will stop the threads, but at least we'll have something to redirect the noobs to
