    Help!!

OK So I followed the instructions. but I don't get a video, I get the Movie Menu where I can select 1 of 4. When I originally tried to play the game thinking it would work I got 1 continuous movie, but the game didn't work. I found your post, and tried it. but I still get a blk screen telling me to read the manual.

originally I was on a 3.2 USA 1.9g console. I also had cios 38 rev10 installed with neogamma. I tried loading game through disc channel to try the game with my modchip, I was able to watch the motionplus 3 minute vid then was kicked out. I tried it through Neogamma and alt dol method via disc and SD and now all I get is the motion+ menu with like 4 videos on it. When I click the return to menu button it takes me to the connecting controller/safety screen looks like controller turns off then turns back on then black screen with "game disc could not be read". Also tried watching all videos in the motion+ menu but that didn't work.

I've tried updating to system menu 4.0, updated to cios 38 rev13b, updated ios 55, updated IOS60patched wad, preloader, gecko1.9.1, updated to 4.1 also still no luck

Please let me know if you figure anything out, and I'll do the same thanks.

If anyone can shed some light on what is going on I'd appreciate it.

The only patch I ran on the game is brickblocker but I also made a copy that was not brickblocked so I know that's not the problem. I don't think it's a media issue because I just burned Overlord wii game and it ran flawlessly. I also can run all the other Motion plus games.

Optional Install of Shop Channel & patched IOS61

Please ignore im in the wrong thread

    Hello

First of all this is my first post in the forums and I want to thank Dogeggs for his great guide and patience in dealing with all the posts in this thread.

I have read a lot of the thread but not all so please excuse me if I am asking a question which has already been answered.

I want to install the "New Shopping Channel & Patched IOS61" from the optional section in the guide. I have downloaded the files and put them on my SD card in the Wad folder and I want to make sure of the install routine:

I know to run Wad manager 1.4 and select the WAD to install but could you please confirm for the "New Shopping Channel & Patched IOS61" I use IOS249 & SD card?

So far everything is working fine having followed the guide but I would like to make sure.

Lastly while I am looking at the optional parts I downloaded the new cIOScorp 3.1 and extracted to my SD card and would appreciate how I now install this, is it done through WAD manager or otherwise.

Thankyou in advance for the response to my questions and I hope I dont appear to dumb but this is all new stuff to me!

    Regards

do exactly as the guide says, use wi scrubber, get the player.dol, use neogamma, put the settings, see vid, then take off the alternate dol setting and play

DOES NOT work for me I already tried that, if that would have worked I wouldn't be posting.

They way I gather, upon using alt.dol + 002 method you get a black screen and the system reboots on it's own then you switch settings to disable alt.dol when I do alt.dol I get black screen with disc could not be read then I have to reboot myself, then I disable alt.dol and try booting and I get black screen with same text.

I used scrubber and got the dol from my own ISO.

I think the first time I ran the video it saved something to the system memory which now isn't letting me boot the game up. I haven't found anything on my SD card or system memory so I don't know.
