No softmii dump anything! only http + iso dumper??

Hellos, I am following intructions to a tee and ran into a wall while trying to soft mod my wii.
I am nearing the end.. to the point where I use the softmii dumper browser or dumper and there is not one, not even anything remotely close. After an hour of digging through forums and google I cannot figure it out. The only dumper anything I have is called Wiihttpd + iso dumper.

I am curious if this is related to the fact that when I was in the WAD manager and installed IOS16 there was no following custom wad manager only the IOS16 wad manager to install cIOS249rev7.wad???

Any ideas? I am at a loss.

    yes thats what I mean.
here is the step I am on..
    13) Run the Homebrew Channel and select SoftMii NAND Dumper (it is actually the NAND Broswer, but named NAND Dumper), and load the app. Once loaded, navigate to the following directory: TITLE/00000001/00000002/content

13a) Now, you need to select your original system menu If you are NTSC, the file is 00000042.app. If you are PAL, the file is 00000045.app. (if you already installed preloader you will want to back up 1000043 or 10000046 respectively.) Press the + button after you highlight your regions app file and it will then be copied to the SD card. Press HOME to exit the browser once the files has been written to SD (the confirmation message appears after the file is copied). NOTE: This is your backup to restore your system menu theme back to normal in the future should you ever need them.

You dont need to do this, as you can always use a cios downgrader to get to an OEM sys. menu back if you want it. Those 00000042(NTSC) are the menus, you can dl a backup copy off the net as well. Once you do a custom sys. menu, you can download themes that will be 00000042.appDarkWii for example. Those will go in the softmii folder in the root of the sd card.

So for example you will have your softmii folder, put files: 00000042.app(original) 00000042.appdarkwii(custom theme) 00000042.appWiiluminium(custom theme), launch softmii tweak toy from HBC and then you can select your preferred theme.
