Which is the best way to install custom health screens?

I've seen many different ways, i would say i haven't completely left the noob circle yet, but they all seem so complicated and i've seen a bit of trouble them all.

I have 3.2E, HBC 0.3.2, Preloader 0.28 and some other wads & apps

Healthii? - Preloader has issues with this??
Softmii? - Backed off this one, looks too risky/fussy, but people say it's easy
- Softmii tweak toy??
CrazyIntro? - Wut?
EDIT- MyMenu + MyMenuifiy?? - There's a magnet pulling me to this, still not sure though

use these with mymenu and it easy...

thanks, i've been making my own using photoshop 7, still don't get brylt, but i'll try it, seems all easy enough, just takes a lot of time :P
