    Animal Crossing Freezes

Hey all, I am having a problem with Animal Crossing. I used the bannerbomb hack to install Homebrew on 4.0 and have the Gamma 0.3 launcher installed. I also have Prelauncher installed. I have had no problems with any games except Ghostbusters and this Animal Crossing problem. What happens is that when the game is being played it will freeze all of a sudden and a load buzzing comes from the Wii. I have to do a shutdown of the Wii when this happens. It does not happen at a certain place in the game or after a certain length of play time. The game is a PAL and my system is NTSC and I make sure that the launcher forces NTSC and have even tried to patch region on the iso with a couple different programs. Has anyone else had this problem, I wonder if this is a problem like the Ghostbuster problem that many have.
It's the voices in my head saying "Mod me, Mod me, Mod me".

Try finding the wads for IOS38, 53 and 55. Animal Crossing runs off of IOS38. Download the wads and install them through wad manager like any other wad but be careful, also i think the NeoGamma Backup Loader comes with a fix for that, i think you enable the Anti 002 fix.

I think that anti 002 fix was the only thing I needed. playing it now to see if it freezes.

    Thanks a whole bunch.

This seems to happens to me if i install anything higher than cios36rev9.

In fact its only this week I managed to install rev12 without losing my external hard drive but my wife has just informed me that it's freezing again so i'm going to put rev9 back on again unless I can find a solution which is why I've just come here.

Burning it on a high quality DVD-R such as Verbatim might do the trick
