so you mean savegame manager replace the old save with the new save you download from the net?so shouldn't delete the old one first..

Correct what it does is it installs over an exsisting saved game. So when your installing make sure you have a saved game already on the wii. That's how it works; did you manage to get passed the Ret=1 error?

ok..so that's what i did..i insert the dvd..play and save a file..then quit the game..check if there is a save file..there is one the launch homebrew, save installer and install again but same error...ret -1 :<

i read other threads..and it said to try with gecko os 1.9 reboot with hooks and remove copy flag and install the save..this also not working for me..

Just install Preloader and enable the "Remove NoCopy Protect" hack

i'm on 3.2u and heard that preloader might brick the wii so i'm scared to use that!!

Have you tried another SD card? Have you tried backing up your SD card and reformatting it? Do you remember what you've installed on your Wii? I know I installed IOS 60 and patched IOS 38 and it just started to work for me. I don't know which one worked since I installed them one after the other.

Nah, preloader is pretty safe and provides good region free, update blocks, and several other cool hacks, plus it offers low-level brick protection.

@J-Dot : ya i try with another sd but same thing..lately i install these 3 ios that new games required..so i think ios 38 is there..but ios 60 i think i dnt have it install i will try this...

@hackernerd: i will try to install that ios 60 and will c if it still doesn't work i will try the preloader...

Ok i tried to copy my RE4 save from SD card to the Wii and it isn't working. I did enable remove copy protection on preloader as well. And I can't find a save decrypter for the PC So I can't install it either. Any ideas?
and Joinx, IOS 60 is the system menu.

ayaya so u too having the same prob..

thnx for letting me knw abt ios 60...lol..me not so aware of all these things..

hope some1 find a solution for that prob for new games..
