I don't think the Poster is using a USB Loader but rather a backup DVD and it is one of the USB instruments that are not being seen by the game.

If you are booting via dvd

download softchip channel, When you go to load it in the options screen change ios36 to ios37, And boot it.

    The instruments will then work

This is how I get my RB1 instruments to work with RB2

ps, if you had of searched thoroughly, you would've found my thread

So your having troubles installing the .wad for softchip, For now, Get the files for homebrew (boot.dol) make a folder in sdcardroot/apps/softchiploader/boot.dol

Boot it from homebrew, and see if you cant select 37 when loading, if you can boot the game, and see if the instruments work.

No point in getting it installed as a channel if you don't even know if its gonna work.

Try that and let us know how you go.

    mmmm interesting indeed.....

    I think
    (DI_ReadID)

Is an error that the loader can't tell what game it is, I may be wrong. But usually it will say gameid _ _ _ _ _ when its loading etc.....

Is this game an original or copy?
