Bypass EULA / User agreements on Wii

I have a softmoded KOR Wii changed to 3.2U. I am trying to use Internet on the Wii. WiiConnect24 is asking me to accept the EULA. As soon as I say OK it asks me to update my Wii first. I don't want to update my Wii. Is there a way for me to accept the EULA without having to update my system.

I realize that this might be answered somehere, but I failed to search for a soulution here or on Google. Appreciate your help.

First of all, why did you want Connect24 anyway? Also, why don't you just unaccept?

I did not relaise that I did not need to go to WiiConnect24 to accept / unaccept EULA.

I got it to work,

1. Go to User Agreements in Settings. And Don't Accept - Choose No. I read somewhere ARC troubleshoot that it requires an entry of Yes/No in the settings file. It can then manipulate it.
2. Download AnyRegionChanger 1.1b and Mark EULA as read.

went to user agreement and said no.
went to arc and changed it to read
went to innternet channel and said i have to agree it
went to agree it
went to internet again
asked to download the guide or something
said i have to connect to wii shop or that connect channel
did its wii blue circle thing then pops up to do a system update.

i just cant go online with softmod 4.2u

Use WiiSCU or DOP-Mii to update Shop Channel to latest version :)

I Think WiiSCU should work, but I couldn't get it fo function properly, so I used DOP-Mii to uninstall my Wii Shop Channel, Then Install it.
It went from v18 to v19 and now I can connect to the web with Internet Channel And Shop Channel :)

im new to this and have been 2 days ago updating my wii to softmod and yesterday loading backups. all done with tutorials. can you perhaps guide me really quick. just a general idea of what to look for i think i am a bit familiar with getting around the menus but still dont want to try on my own knowledge

Go to wiibrew.org and check out DOP-Mii: link

Install it to your SD as other HB apps.

I think it's quite easy to use, but If you don't understand it you could look for a guide or google it a bit ;)
