    How to check CIOS?

    Hi all,

I've recently had a wiikey2 modchip installed so that I could play backup games from an external HD. However, I'm not sure if I've installed the CIOS correctly.

I upgraded my wii to v4.0E prior to knowing anything about homebrew. I've since attempted to downgrade to 3.2 so I could install a USB Loader program. I followed a guide very closely (using bannerbomb) to downgrade and everything seemed to work ok. However, when I check the version in the wii system menu it still says I have v4.0E. Does this mean that the downgrade did not work?

I also (attempted to) installed CIOS v10 and it also appeared to install correctly. Is there a way to tell if it worked, or to tell which version (if any) of CIOS that I have?

I've had a long look around the forums prior to posting, but can't find any.

    Thanks for any help!
