    From what i understand to install pre loader i need to first update to atleast system menu 3.2 which would solve my problem with cIOScorp because i could install preloader and skip disc updates but i have no idea how to do this without an internet connection and thought of it to be too risky to try as i have installed cIOS's that i cant recall

    I see now but i havent found IOS 9 for some reason and as for IOS 37,38,53,55 is it in my best interest to install the ones that dont have "free the bug" as part of its name

    thanks again

    I just redid my wii. I used anyreagon changer. it sets your wii to 3.2 mine was USA (NTSC) and it removed that pesky ios9. I dont know if it needs internet or not though. . .
    And I like 4.0, because I have lots of wiiware/VC games. and it all works just fine.

    Us

    This guide HERE has steps to update to 4.0 firmware and Preloader .29 without using WiFi.

    Just make sure you use the Offline Downgrade/Upgrade section of the guide.

    It also has steps to install cIOSCorp of course after you have updated to 4.0 and installed Preloader .29.

    @Dogeggs

    Are the wads you have on mediafire region specfic or can they be used on an NTSC(U) system if I wanted to ever uninstall cIOSCorp?

    Also 11-15 wad files say wad.out what does out mean?

    I am thinking Orignal Untouched maybe LOL

    Are those the orignal IOS files?

    IOS09 is not on your site. Do you have that IOS to upload to mediafire? If not I will search for it.

    I to have a question about removing cioscorp. Is it safe to use the Bootmii backup I created before installed cioscorp to restore my system to the state it was before cioscorp? Thanks folks! Your help is appreciated.
