Any region changer mystery!

I am downgrading from 4.0 to 3.2 with any region changer.
I ran the downgrade and when it finished I noticed this warning:
AREA/sysmenu mismatch.
I checked and my area was europe and so was my sysmenu.
I didn't change anything ro the settings of the any region changer.
What should I do?

I am having the same problem! my sys downloaded to 3.2 from 3.4 but i dont want a partially bricked sys..any help would be appreciated to fix!
