    Homebrew No Longer Loading

I wanted to reinstall cios36_Rev10 so I unistalled it first using WAD manager. The machine would not reboot after the unistall, so I removed the power cord. I reinserted the power cord and while the machine boots up and I can even use the backup launcher channel, I am unable to load the Homebrew Channel. It loads and kicks me right back out.

I solved the issue by deleting the homebrew channel and reinstalling it. Now which cios should I install to play backup games as well as use usbloader with a flash drive?

Just type on Youtube Usb loader v1.5 and you'll get all the files you need.

Well, I got it working. I used R10 though. Got i before your post

When installing the bannerbomb hack, I had to install IOS16-64-V257-PROD.wad then CIOS249.wad and now CIOS36r10. I'm just wondering though, are these CIOSs the same thing, just different versions or are they different hacks that serve different purposes?

I've hacked every gadget I've had, from original PS to iPhone 3G, not of my own efforts, but following guides, etc and I've always known generally what's going on, but with this WII and these WADs, IOSs, CIOSs, anytitledeleter, etc, I have no idea what the hell is going on. Is there a resource that I could read, not too technical as I am not a programmer, just a serious power user, that will explain what is going on with these hacks, what the IOSs and CIOSs are for etc?
