    DVD+R on backup launcher

I burned madworld to a DVD+R. I am not even sure if I did it correctly because imgburn could not read it so I used Roxio and it worked. The backup launcher did not read the disc at all. The wii is 3.4U. Could it be the DVD+R? or did I do something wrong.

I'd reckon its the +r give some good -rs a go...

There are a few brands listed on this site that have worked well with their wiis

I have used verbatim dvd-rs and they have worked flawlessly for me, No bad burns out of 25 discs and counting!

When you burn a disk for wii, you have to change the book type of the disk to DVD-ROM so that the wii recognises it.
This is easily done in Imgburn and i don't know about roxio
