Wiiville.net has a good tutorial. You need a specific dvd rom for the dump which you can buy from NewEgg.com for under $20. Click HERE to check out the tutorial. You will need a mod chip to play the backups, but unless you have a newer Wii you can buy a modchip for about $30. A WiiKey modchip is pretty easy to install with only 5 solder points.
