    How upgrade 3.1 to 3.2

I have my cousins wii, which has 3.1 firmware. I installed HomeBrew Channel with Zelda game, but when I tried to use the cIOS Downgrade in order to upgrade my system to 3.2, I pressed LOAD but nothing happened and my system reboot automatically. Where is the problem? If anybody could help me, I would appreciate it. Continue good work

What guide are you using to upgrade? I upgraded to 3.2U from 3.1U using this guide

    http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...ade-guide.html

follow the steps in the downgrade section to upgrade.

    Is this the right guide?

Is this the right guide? Sorry, but I am asking you, because as I see, this guide is about 3.3 and 3.4 firmware. I can' t remember where exactly, but somewhere I read that the method is different if you have 3.1 and different if you have 3.3 or 3.4. Thank you

I followed the downgrade (steps 1-10), but when i got to step 6 (downgrader 1.1) wouldn't work. So I used the downgrader 1.2 (found in the upgrade section download) and that worked for me. Don't forget you need internet connection for downgrader to work.

Here is another great guide I found -

    hi mate,

if you are using the EOC guide you still have to complete some of step 1 before going on to step 2 (i think it says something like go to step 2 if you are NOT on 3.3 or 3.4) add ios16-64-v257-prod.wad and then the cios_fix.wad before trying for the cios downgrader, i had the same trouble and dog eggs gave me this answer, if you have a search of forum for upgrading 3.1 to 3.2 you will find my post on it.

    hope this helps
