    Major issues

I updated my wii to 4.0, but in the middle of the update it failed, and I didnt see a fail code. The weird thing is that the fw version shows 4.0 with the new sd card on the menu, but when I go to the wii shop channel, it says that I need to update to the newest version.

Everytime I try to update, i get a error code 32017 - which means the servers are down for maintence - yeah right.

I have been on the phone with nintendo countless times, to the result of me sending in my wii. I am hesitant to doing this because I have a drivekey in there.

I have tried the zelda hack again with no luck due to not being able to copy it over.

Is there any hope to unbrick my wii with this update crap? I don't have any homebrew on there, and if I did, I would simply downgrade the darn thing.

    thanks,

    knix

I guess as you have no homebrew there is not a lot you can do except take your drive key out and send it back. Those drive keys just unclip don't they?

I greatly appreciate this. I will try it out, and report back.

Will this work with my drivekey?

Guess not. It gave me a disc error. sigh.... thanks anyway bro.

I beg for anyone to solve this issue. I need to get homebrew installed so I can downgrade my firmware. I feel so lost.
