    Downgrading without internet?

Is there any way to downgrade 3.3U to 3.2U without the Wii having to be able to connect to the internet? Every tutorial and FAQ I could find seemed to use programs which required an internet connection. I heard that you could do it with anyregionchanger, but it asked for a network when I tried it.

That may be, but I have no idea how to do that properly, I don't have IOSes, and I don't feel like accidentally bricking my Wii.

You can download the IOS's anywhere and they are safe, i did this i did not have a net connection to use my WII on...

Downgrade Wii 3.4 / 3.3 To 3.2 without internet Offline [Victory (download torrent) - TPB - this is what i used works perfectly

Can you downgrade the Wii menu without an internet connection? - GBAtemp.net - more information.

Also a batch loader (loads multiple IOS's)

I already installed IOS36-64-v1042.wad before doing anything else. Did I screw something up?
EDIT: Just as a misc. question, should I downgrade the IOSes before or after I downgrade to 3.2?
EDIT@: I've pretty much resolved this issue, so never mind.

This is very true, i believe when you start it up it will ask how/where to get the files i think by default it is ... SD CARD if not press left/right to change it, i don't know if the version you have has this but i think they all do just use your head and it will be fine. i found this tutorial on this forum did it on my GF's wii and works fine

    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...atutorial.html

Which is that link just follow the instructions and you'll be fine!
