Some people say you need to downgrade it to install those software and some says it all worked on V3.3E without downgrading.
If any one can say whether to install Homebrew Channel on V3.3E and Backup loader on the same V3.3E. Will this work. Or do I have to downgrade to V3.2.
    thanks

Thanks for the link. But what would you recommend to go with. Have you got a wii with V3.3E. According to the forum it says you can install Homebrew Beta9. Then about the Backup launcher I am not clear about this. Also I don’t have internet connection on to wii.

3.2 and softmii. it'll save you a hell of lot of time and grief in the long run

you do need an original copy of zelda twilight princess and wifi, have you not got a mate who you can borrow wifi from for an hour or so? or ring your ISP and tell them you want to cancel because X ISP is offering a free wifi router and cheaper connection. then they send you a spanking new router and maybe cheaper connection(for a few months anyway)

there is ways of doing it without but you don't seem to have the know how yet to pull it off (no offence)
