    Wii runs divx compressed movies?

Have anyone tried if the wii cpu is able to run compressed movies usually associated with divx, etc?

Was it smooth? My personal experience with rmvb wasn't so great though with quality loss.

You need to install dvdx to enable your wii to read data of the discs...

    - If you're worried about your lazor then you can always copy your movies onto a usb/sd and watch them off there, they still play back real nice and i don't think it does your dvd drive much good being on for 2 hours tbh
