Is your sd card formated in fat32 and all the relevant files in the correct positions?
ie
apps/cios installer/
cios36_rev7-installer.dol renamed boot.dol
Check your sources of the files and have a search around the forum and format ur sd card and start over with a fresh set of files. Ive had similar problems along the way and put it down to bad source or bad download etc

right, ive formatted my card twice, onece in FAT and the other in FAT32, ive done this with 2 different files (one which was posted by wiigater the guy who makes it) and still when it says press A and i press it, nothing happens, im stumped, i dont have a clue what to do.... :(
Ive always used fat32 becuase the cluster size on drives less than 8gb is 4k. Fat16s default cluster size on a 2gig card would be 32k and fat32 wont do this till a 32gb drive is used if memory serves me correct. (your wasting alot of space in 32kb sectors with the meta files 1k but uses a whole 32k sector etc) It was an issue before harddrive size was no longer really expensive per gb.

You havent deleted any files from other regions from the pack have u? I did this once and it failed. So I had to put all the files back on and MAKE SURE I CHOSE CORRECT REGION.
do you have Cios fix.wad in your download pack?
i don't know what tut/guide you are using but have a look and see if installing that helps
I think ive done it now installing it with a WAD rather than doing it over the network, now i just need to make a backup disk just to check.
