I have been on a quest to get Rock Band 2 instruments to work with my backup of the game.
Softmod with IOS 36, 38, 51, 53, 55, 249, and the other small ones installed
I have read that installing CIOS 37 helps but, after I do so I can no longer launch any backup games from 0.3 Gamma backup launcher.
My fix is to uninstall ios 249 and reinstall ios 36 and then I am back where I started from.
If I dont uninstall ios 249 the ios 36 install errors out.
I install IOS 37 wad with WAD manager and lost the ability to load back up game copies.
If I attempt to use method outlined in [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register] tutorial the CIOS install errors out after the network initialization line saying.
"Exception (DSI) Occured"
Then a lot of numbers
"Code DUmp"
Then a lot more numbers.
Does anyone have any suggestion for installing CIOS 37 and still being able to load back up games?

I found out why I got the error following the RB2 Instrument tutorial... I was trying to use my wired USB connection. I changed to wireless and it isntalled without error... Not sure what the problem was but using the built in wireless allowed me to install IOS 37 with ios 36 rev 7 dip as 249 without error.
The game works perfectly with 0.3 backup launcher gamma, the wii version is 3.2, but it doesn't recognize the wireless Drum Set of Rock Band 2, why is that? I NEED HELP PLEASE.

Hi,,I am having the same issue...my burned copy and my original will load with microphone only...I can't seem to get ios 37 with 36 or ios37 with 37 to load at all. I have tried all the download links on this site and nothing works,,I am hooked up wireless with the wii and get the same download errors xynergy. I really need help. Tell me where to download good ios's

hahahah,,,that thread is way above me..I am a complete noob,,I was just happy to softmod my wii by myself. I will try the rockband launcher link from the other thread you replied too.
I have intalled Backup Launcher 0.3 gamma channel version and Rock Band Launcher and they both work fine, but i installed IOS 37 with ios 37 rev 7 dip as 232
