    no loaders working

i recently moded my wii 4.3u following the guide and no usb loaders will detect the external hard drive and when i try my flash drive it just freezes. i have tried formating to ntfs, fat32 and wbfs and nothing works. i would love to back up my nice and nephews games since they will leave them out to get destroyed. here is my syscheck. here is the info for each drive
    external hdd = USB\VID_1058&PID_0704&REV_0175

    flash drive = USB\VID_090C&PID_1000&REV_1100
    if that helps any

    Spoiler

Generic device ID isn't really sufficient. Look at the USB compatibility thread instead.

What list did you google? You realize I gave you a direct link. What exact make and model and so forth? If you're Wii would be horizontal, it's be the lower port. Most games use cIOS (not CISO) 249.

Not specific enough, and the fact you changed HDs isn't helpful. Nor did you identify the flash drive. Nor did you say if the loader(s) were set to 249 and so forth. Extract (so you'll see what I mean about not specific enough):

    Western Digital:
    - Western Digital My Passport WD2500XMSA-00 250GB - Working
    - Western Digital My Passport Essential WDPN WDBAAA2500ABK-00 250GB - Working
    - Western Digital Mybook Essential WDC36043 250GB - Working
    - Western Digital WD2500l032 - Working

I am 99% sure it's 249 can't check right this sec my nephew is playing. And the hdd shouldn't matter since it pics up the board that connects to the USB and hdd
