Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the services for both have been shut off awhile so you could delete all. Also how much free space?

Yep, you're absolutely right. Shut down in June, 2013 as CJ reported here.

I am not able to run this or Wainikoko's cIOS uninstaller, I do not have HBC installed right and cant seem to run it from sd either in mmm or wiimod. MMM just black screen; Wiimod froze at "Informing Wii that I am God..." text.

I think its around high 300's of free nand space, its basically empty just got it like a week ago. Havent done anything except for this stuff to it. So i should delete those id's? this will help with installing HBC?

Try booting ATD directly, as in putting it's boot.dol on the SD card and launching using Wilbrand. And yes, it is safe to delete all of the channels you talked about.

I'm trying to get up to speed here. You can launch WiiMod, and were successful in installing some IOSes? If thats the case, get the BACKUP homebrew channel wad out of the softmod any wii pack, boot into wiimod, install that wad, and see where that gets you. That has a distinct title ID (MAUI if memory serves) which will not conflict with anything else.
