Absolutely not, that would be against the law, as well as ebay rules.
you cant sell it on ebay. You can do it on Criagslist.com . its against the law, so sell as much as you can and retire or get caught.
Its breaking copyright law, so not unless you want to be heavily fined and risk prison.
English law recognises that copyright exists in computer source code and object code as a ?literary? work (i.e. English law treats source code and object code in the same way as it would a book). Copying the source code or object code of a computer game (for example, by illegal peer-to-peer file-sharing) would therefore be an act of copyright infringement.
Additionally ?artistic? copyright exists in the computer graphics ? and separate instances of artistic copyright can exist where individual graphics are combined to create composite images (e.g. individual artistic copyright exists in graphical images of the balls, the cues, the table and in the combination of those images)
I think that's a great idea, do you realise that you just posted your intention to commit software piracy on an open website. If you decided to rob a bank would you ask for help on here. It's illegal and you CAN go to prison to say nothing of having your computer confiscated and paying a massive fine. Forget it mate it's not worth it.
