Classic Controller not Working on Most HB Apps, Even on HBC Itself.

Everytime I even TRY to use my Wiimote Plus controller on any app with my CC Plugged in, Nothing responds.

    HB Problems :
Wii64 And SX [Says The CC is Plugged in, But will never Responds to the CC actions. Only buttons will work are A & B on the Wiimote itself.]
    Homebrew Browser [Never Repsonds (NR)]
    Gecko OS[NR]
    Snes9GX [NR]

Everything that requires CC works fine though.

Each app has to be programmed to know what to do with a CC. If it's not, you won't be able to use it.

There isn't anything that you can do other than ask the app author to add it as a feature in a revision of the app. There is no way that you can "make it happen".

Adding to what llaffer said, every controller you can use with the Wii has it's own ID, every application has to know that ID to accept input from it. You can recompile the applications if they are open source with a few changes to make it accept input from your CC. Usually this problem only comes from using third party CCs since there are so many of them, the authors of all those applications aren't going to spend money or time trying to add all those IDs. I know it's something in the libogc source, but I can't offer any more help then this since I've never bothered doing all of that to make my third party CC work.
