Noob Having Issues Playing GC Games With NeoGamma r9 beta 56

Hello everyone I am brand new to the site so forgive my noobness. I went to a place that does mods and they installed Neogamma r9 beta 56.....it seems to work fine for my wii titles but when trying to boot my GC games they simply restart the system. I previously had most GC games on DVD+R's but had to convert them to DVD-R's for this new install since the system will no longer read DVD+R's. None of the GC games will boot....it simply restarts the console. Not sure why this is. Not very good with installing stuff on the SD card....but I understand the basics. If someone can let me know what the problem is or how I can install what I need step by step that would be amazing. Thanks so much in advance.

Im not sure if this helps but I think i have a recent Neogamma with like an Orange Colored Channel. I've had a similar problem. My problem was i had two of the same gamecube game. One was american and the other one was pal i assume. The pal one just left me with a blank screen or in other back up loaders just restarted my wii. My American backup worked fine. The game was DBZ Budokai 2. Maybe finding the game in your region wii would work. Im not sure. That was my problem but im no pro but hopefully this helps. Oh an i dont adjust the neogamma settings i just play play games on disk and it does adjust the settings automatically i guess.

The OP wants us/wiihacks denizens to fix someone else's fly-by-night soft, that's what is going on. And likely, he PAID for it (in which case the original poster aka OP needs to ask for his money back).

You can always try Devolution and USB load your GC Games.

The Devolution guide is linked in my signature.

So your optical is on the way out (won't read one type of media), you have a questionable at best/unknown softmod --- and you're wondering why there may be issues? If you're serious about wanting it fixed, post a SysCheck as a reply to this thread. Program itself and directions can be found HERE.
