Problem with modpack.zip when running md5summer.exe

This is my first post on here so I hope I am doing this right. I was going step by step in Mauifrog's "Guide: Softmod Any Wii". In chapter 2 the download of modpack worked, and I unzipped it on my SD disk, but when I run md5summer.exe it says I have 41 errors. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the modpack? Is there another reliable version of modpack? I attached picture of the MD5summer error list. Any help would be appreciated. I did softmod a wii a couple years ago with no problems. Not sure what is going on here. Thank You.
