Installing Apps, Homebrew, Emulators & Roms to External HD

So I have my HD set up will all my ripped wii games and out of the 500gb only like 1/4 of that's being used but my 4gb SD card's 90% full and it wont fit all my roms :-(.

Can I move all the Homebrew from my SD Card onto the External HD? Or move as much stuff as possible to HD to save space on the SD Card. I tried a few things but nothing worked.
I followed the Softmod ANY Wii Guide and have my HD formatted fat32.

Also is there any guides to make my wii load CFG when I start my wii instead of the wii menu by default or is that even possible.

Thanks in advance for any help guys.

    1) Why not get a larger card? I bought my 32gig class 10 cards for about $20-25 from amazon.

    2) If your USB is FAT32 formatted, you can move your sd:/apps directory to usb:/apps and then tell HBC to look in USB for your apps instead of SD by pressing "1" and selecting USB.

    3) If you've not set up priiloader to do this, you may be missing other recommended settings in priiloader. Check the "Softmod any wii" guide (link in my signature). But yet, priiloader can be set up to launch an app of your choice on boot (I have mine set to boot to CFG).
