USB Loader + disc loader installed but not working

2007, larger case, white wii.......... I have successfully soft modded 3 Wii's so far and this time I must have been careless and not clicked on this or that. Now I have things installed like, usb loader, homebrew channel and a handful of other things that came in a pre wrapped pack. unfortunately it doesn't recognize backup discs or usb games. I can however play original games fine. I saved my original files when I did the soft mod and I am wondering if I can go back and reset things to before I started or if I should try to diagnose and repair what has gone wrong. I really would appreciate someone to give me a hand out of this.

Let's see a sysCheck (link in my sig to a guide on how to post one). That will tell us what exactly you installed and what's missing.

You're running HBC 1.1.2 (we recommend 1.1.0) on IOS 61 instead of 58. And you have no cIOSs, which is what's causing your problems. Follow the Softmod Any Wii guide (link in my sig) starting with the spoiler labled "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed." Read through the guide a few times, then proceed.

No, you haven't. You're still running HBC 1.1.2 on IOS 61. Fix that (instructions are in the guide in the spoiler I told you to start with) and then see if it works. If not, please post back. Also, your Wii might be too new to play burned disks.

CIOSs are custom IOSs. You can read about them in the Thinking About Hacking A Wii thread (link also in my sig). And your sysCheck is now in order, except for the HBC thing.

sorry for double posting i didnt realize the first one worked i thought it froze on me,

i have uninstalled and re installed homebrew channel about 6 times now. same as the bootmii. i have printed out this walkthrough including all of the drop boxes and i have gone through with a highlighter as i go through the steps. i am obviously missing something but i cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. i am one attempt away from making a youtube video to demonstrate i am going through line by line and following the instructions as laid out, other then "other desperate options" drop box (which i will look at after this post) i have tried almost everything. if i need to repeat a step of this process can you tell me what to keep repeating? how do i change home brew channel do a different IOS?
