How to remove hack

Hi there

Just wondered if someone could help, a while ago a friend installed Neogamma on to my Wii and i would now like to remove all trace of the hack so that i can update ans use the Wii with its factory settings.

Could someone just run through what it is that i have to do to remove this from start to finish as i have been told that if i do it wrong i could brick the wii?
