Question Wii Shop Channel requires System update!

My Wii System Menu is 4.1u (changed from Korean). I've softmoded my Wii through this softmod guide and installed Wii Shop Channel (RVL-Shopping-v21.zip). When I lauch this channel it requires me to accept User Agreement...Generally, I have to update my Wii to accept that in order to use Shop Channel. (Please take a look at these pictures below for more details):

Then I clicked that button like it said but it returned to homescreen so I went to Wii Settings -> Internet and select the User Agreement button:

I clicked Yes and this window appeared:

Are there any way to bypass that or I have to update my Wii (by somehow with my softmoded Wii)? I've read lots of warnings in forum about updating a softmoded Wii could be bricked and SM 4.2 & 4.3 not giving any new features Nintendo just created to remove hacks

Click "Quit" when it asks to update, it should turn on WiiConnect24 anyway, then you can accept the user agreements.

P.S. Don't make the same thread more than once please.

P.P.S. I highly recommend having Priiloader block online & disc updates, being on a region changed system will gaurantee you a brick if you accidentally update via Nintendo's official methods.

What do you mean about the v21 zip? All you need to do is install the v21 wad or use MMM to update the Shop Channel!

I've already updated the v21 wad. But now the main problem is it said I have to accept the User Agreement in order to use the Shop Channel, I go to setting and accept it but it said I have to perform a System Update.

    WARNING: DONT MESS THIS UP!!!!!

    Try this:

    - Launch WiiMod 3.2
    - Select Advanced Menu
    - Press A to continue
    - Select Region Changer
    - Press any key to continue
    - Scroll down to Services EULA... Does it say Read or Unread? If it says Unread use the directional button to change it to Read, then scroll down to Save Settings and press A.
