WiiXplorer gets deleted

Hey all!

I am running everything on my Wii from my hard drive including Wii games, emulator ROMs and Homebrew Apps because I lost my SD card (I can hear you laughing, don't laugh, please ;))

One issue I have is that each time I load Homebrew off the Homebrew Channel, WiiXplorer gets deleted. I simply just don't know why. I deleted the config file WiiXplorer created, re-downloaded the boot.dol, everything. Nothing worked.

Each time I want it back on my HDD, I have to get it to my computer and re-copy it. This is such a pain in the butt. Has anyone experienced this, or can anyone try this out for me?

My HDD is compatible, running off a FAT32 partition.
