Ok kunparekh18, here is the final word.

Brian said it very well when he stated that everything that anyone could want to know about a Wii is on this site. With some time and effort, the answers could be found, not only within the loader guides themselves, but within the countless threads about the same issues. As such, we feel like people should search and learn rather than be spoon fed.

However, every user on this site has the right to start and maintain their own threads. So, if you feel like starting a thread such as this, doing the research and compiling the information, we will not interfere with that unless at some point site rules are violated, or harmful advice is given. We do recognize that your intent is to help the community, and that is why all of us are here as well.

So the answer is yes, go ahead and start your thread. Please be aware that as of this point it will not be stickied or officially supported. This is your project, so we will sit back and watch how it pans out.

Now for a few personal pieces of advice: If you really want this to go well, it would be nice to see you do the research on more than just GX. While I personally prefer that loader myself, there are a lot of other users that use CFG and WiiFlow. Ultimately you would do well if you included other loaders. The config files have a lot to do with things too. Get to know them and how they work. Do your research and then put it in terms that the noobs can understand. One last thing: the noob variable. The most frustrating thing for someone who is ˙pkeeping a guide is the noob that misses the most basic of basic, or just plain refuses to follow the original guide's instructions to a T, which is half of the problems that we have seen. Keep that in mind when you are writing your thread. You dont want to turn this into a duplicate of post #1 of a guide that already has been written.

All that being said, best of luck to you in this endeavor! And thank you for wanting to help out the community!

Thank you so much for the suggestions. I will make a thread. I will gather all the information by searching the whole forum myself. And yes, I will add CFG and WiiFlow, I will research as you said. Thanks once again. However, it will take me a lot of time to do this. I am also planning to write a total noob's guide to installing and using Wii-Linux because there is no tutorial covering that here at WiiHacks. Both these guides will be posted together.

Sent from my A75 using WiiHacks, excuse grammar errors
