"System files are corrupted" error after reformatting the memory to stock

HI I have a Wii that was hacked about 2 years ago. After about a year and a half of use (post hacking), I got the following error "system files are corrupted please refer to the wii operations manual for troubleshooting, and could not continue. I reformatted the console by going into maintenance mode but still gives the same error after reformatting it. Since all of the data has been erased no bad channels are in the memory and no possible way updating the wii via sd card( since it is no longer hacked) I am not sure if this means the console is bricked or a bad motherboard or something like that. it still boots fine in maintenance mode though. please help!!! also does the wii have something like a recovery mode??

it's fully bricked, motherboard not death yet.
get a Wii dvd drive with autoboot-enabled modchip, search Fully Bricked Recovery posts, burn autoboot discs and start your recovery voyage from Maintenance mode.
