When you install modmii, does that make the Wii region free for all games by default? Or do you have to install additional packages to make it region free? This is mostly for playing NTSC Smash bros brawl on a European Wii. Thanks for any info

With all the latest USB Loaders you could force the video to your region for the games and also with priiloader you could enable Region Free EVERYTHING.
