HBC Apps and USB Loader issues

Hey everyone, long time lurker first time poster. I've had a softmodded Wii for some time and after scouring the forums (and other sources) I still can't seem to solve my problem, so I'm asking for help here. After working for quite some time (yesterday even!), somehow overnight I've come across some issues with my USB Loader and some HBC Apps (MMM, WiiMod mostly). Whenever I start said apps, either through HBC or from the Wii menu they simply reload back to HBC or Restart my Wii.

Heres a Syscheck incase its needed. PLEASE HELP! and thanks!

a few things you could try is deleting unneccicey apps, stub ios, ect.try formating your sd and starting fresh. or redownloading the problematic apps. Bad download?

Do not delete any IOS for any reason!! Re-do the Softmod ANY Wii guide to update your softmod (link in my sig). It will update all of your IOS, cIOS, etc.

It's still better, safer and easier just to install non-stubs in the stubbed sockets.

Thanks for the replies, it seems the solution was indeed a simple one. The issue was my SD card, I simply reformatted it (after backing it up) and all seems to be working again.
